PR: Your first reaction is I’m going to talk about Public Relations. But SEO webmasters will get the point at first glance. PR stands for Page Rank.
PageRank was developed by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1996. Pagerank was published after founding Google in 1998.
If you are interested in how much your website is preferable for Google there is a nice formula:
PR(A) = (1-d) + d (PR(T1)/C(T1) + … + PR(Tn)/C(Tn))
Don’t go mad solving or even trying to understand this formula. There are PR calculators which will do this by one click.
According to circle.am the highest PR of Armenian websites is 7. Armenian websites with PR=7 are 9. The first one is arlis.am. Anelik bank’s website has the highest (6) page rank among the armenian banks. Armenian top news/media online resources have 5 or 6 PR. The leaders are news.am, tert.am, lragir.am, Aravot Daily, etc. Armenian top blogs mostly have 5 or 4 PR. But ahousekeeper.livejournal.com and naridan.com PR is 6. Our site has PR=4.
